Brennenstuhl

A cooperation project with the Brennenstuhl company and Pforzheim University. The intention of the concept is to no longer want to hide power strips in the future, but to see them as part of the furnishings and to place them on - instead of under - the desk.

This idea was solved with a combination of power strip and ambient light. Especially in the gaming sector, such lights have been trending in recent years. There are countless ways to personalize this power strip - this can work via stickers and matching light modes. Via app, the appropriate lighting mood is selected and thus creates an overall concept - a unit. 

The clever placement of the plugs on the back means they are no longer visible from the front and provide a tidy workspace. USB sockets on the side allow for easy charging of cell phones or similar devices.
